  • Two forms of identification (i.e. driver's license, passport, social security card)
  • W2 Forms for the past two years (full tax returns required if self employed)
  • Pay stubs for current one month
  • Letter from accountant regarding self employment (for no income verification loans only)
  • Personal savings account statements for past two months
  • Personal brokerage account statements for past one month (including IRA, 401K, etc.)
Purchase Loans
  • Fully executed sales contract
Refinance Loans
  • Copy of Deed (if available)
  • Copy of current homeowner's policy declarations
  • Copy of current mortgage account statement
Other Miscellaneous as applicable:
  • Leases on rental properties
  • Sales Contract on exisitng home being sold
  • Explanation on any adverse credit
  • Bankruuptcy discharge papers
  • Copy of Divorce decree and Property Settlement Agreement
